Fusion HMC Post Processor for Horizontal Machining Centres
Horizontal machining centres are built for productivity, and their posts must be too. We build Fusion HMC posts with B-axis indexing, pallet changes, tombstone work offsets, sub-programs per face and automation-ready program structure.
Posts built for pallets, tombstones and lights-out
HMCs combine a horizontal spindle with a B-axis rotary table and usually a pallet changer. Parts are often held on tombstones with many fixtures, each with its own work offset. Programs are organised by pallet and face, and many shops run HMCs unattended overnight. That means the post must handle indexing, offsets and pallet logic flawlessly, and structure programs so they are easy to restart and reorganise.
ENGIMANDI builds Fusion HMC posts that output B-axis indexing with clamping, correct work offsets per fixture and face, pallet change sequences, optional main and sub-program structures, tool life and broken tool checks and safe positions between faces. We also support full 4-axis simultaneous motion where the B axis is continuous.

HMC post questions
How are tombstone offsets handled?
We map Fusion setups or WCS numbers to your controller's extended work offsets per fixture and face.
Can the post support a pallet pool?
Yes. We follow the pallet management system's program and pallet conventions.
Is the B axis indexed or continuous?
We support both, depending on the machine's rotary table.
Can programs be split into sub-programs?
Yes. Main and sub-program structures make programs easier to reorder and restart.
Do you support unattended machining features?
Yes, including tool life, sister tools and breakage checks supported by your controller.
