Fusion FANUC Post Processor for 0i, 30i, 31i and 32i Controls
FANUC is the most widely used CNC control, but no two FANUC machines are configured the same. We build Fusion FANUC posts matched to your control series, options and machine builder, for mills, lathes, mill-turns and 5-axis machines.
FANUC, configured your way
A FANUC control's behaviour depends on its series, the options purchased and how the machine builder set parameters and macros. One machine may support AI contour control, extended work offsets and G68.2 tilted work planes; another with the same series may not. Lathes use G-code system A, B or C, which changes codes such as G90/G77 and G92/G50. Machine builders add their own M-codes for tool changers, coolant and pallets.
ENGIMANDI builds Fusion FANUC posts from your exact control configuration. We output the right G-code system for lathes, use high-speed and look-ahead functions where available, apply FANUC's tilted plane (G68.2) and tool centre point (G43.4/G43.5) functions for multi-axis machines, handle polar (G12.1) and cylindrical (G07.1) interpolation for mill-turns, and integrate custom macro B calls for probing and automation.

FANUC post questions
Why do FANUC lathes from different builders need different posts?
Builders choose different G-code systems, M-codes and macros for turrets, spindles and options, so the post must match each machine.
How do we know which options our FANUC has?
We can guide you through checking the control's option list and parameters, or ask your machine builder.
Does Autodesk have a FANUC post?
Yes. Autodesk's generic FANUC posts are a good starting point, which we customise for your machine.
Can you support older FANUC controls?
Yes. We support older 0i, 18i and 21i controls with their limits in mind.
Can the post call our probing macros?
Yes. Fusion probing operations and custom macro B calls can be output with the parameters your macros expect.
