Fusion CNC Router Post Processor
Fusion posts for CNC routers cutting wood, plastics, composites and aluminium. We handle automatic tool changers, vacuum zones, dust extraction, drill banks, aggregate heads and router controllers that each speak their own dialect.
Routers are not just big mills
CNC routers have their own post processing needs. Many use PC-based or Chinese controllers such as Syntec, Weihong (NcStudio), Mach3/Mach4, WinCNC or Richauto with limited or unusual G-code support. Industrial woodworking machines from Biesse, Homag, SCM and others often use proprietary formats. Routers also add equipment such as linear or carousel tool changers, vacuum zone valves, dust hood control, vertical and horizontal drill banks and aggregate heads.
ENGIMANDI builds Fusion router posts that respect your controller's dialect and your machine's equipment. We output supported arc and cycle formats (or expand them when needed), tool change sequences with dust hood and spindle warm-up, vacuum zone commands, drill bank selections and aggregate head orientation. The result is router code that runs cleanly and safely on large sheets and nested parts.

Router post questions
Our router controller does not accept arcs. Can you help?
Yes. The post can output arcs in the supported format or break them into small linear moves.
Can Fusion output for Biesse or Homag machines?
Industrial machines often use proprietary formats. We assess what is supported and build posts accordingly.
Do you support manual tool change routers?
Yes. The post can pause and prompt the operator at each tool change.
Can vacuum zones be chosen per job?
Yes, using post properties or manual NC commands in Fusion.
Does Fusion personal use work with routers?
Personal use limits rapid moves and tool changes. For production routers, we recommend a commercial licence.
