CNC Post Processor Development, Built for Your Machine and Your Client's Requirement
A post processor turns CAM toolpaths into G-code your machine runs safely and efficiently. We develop, modify and optimise post processors for any CAM system and controller, from 3-axis routers to 5-axis and mill-turn centres.
Machine-ready G-code, with no manual editing
Generic posts rarely match your exact machine. Programmers end up hand-editing G-code: changing tool-change sequences, adding coolant codes, fixing arc output or rotary moves. That wastes time on every program and risks crashes, scrapped parts and machine damage.
ENGIMANDI writes custom post processors that output exactly the code your machine and your client expect: correct headers, safe start blocks, tool changes, work offsets, canned cycles, rotary axis handling, TCP / RTCP, probing, sub-programs and your shop's formatting preferences. We verify output with simulation and support you through first-part proving on the machine.

How we develop post processors
Collect
Machine, controller, CAM version and sample programs.
Specify
Agree the exact output format with your programmers.
Develop
Build or modify the post and test with your parts.
Simulate
Verify code and motion before it reaches the machine.
Prove
Dry-run and first-part support, then fine-tune.
CNC post processor questions
What information do you need?
Your CAM software and version, machine make and model, controller type and version, axis configuration and travel limits, sample G-code programs that already run well, and any special M-codes, cycles or client format rules.
How long does a post processor take?
Simple 3-axis modifications can be done in a few days. New 5-axis or mill-turn posts usually take 1 to 3 weeks including testing.
Can you help remotely?
Yes. We support clients worldwide, working remotely with your programmers during machine proving via video call.
Is it safe to run the new post on our machine?
We verify output in simulation first and recommend a controlled dry run and single-block proving on the first programs. Read What is a CNC post processor?
