Macro or add-in: which should we build?
Macros are fast to create for single tasks. Add-ins are better for larger tools with UI, company-wide deployment and long-term maintenance.
Do we need DriveWorks?
Not necessarily. For many companies a custom configurator on the SolidWorks API is more flexible and has no extra licence cost.
Which SolidWorks versions do you support?
We support recent SolidWorks versions and update tools for each new release.
Can SolidWorks run automatically on a server?
Yes, with care. We build automation services and use the Document Manager API for tasks that do not need full SolidWorks.
