Do we need Vault Professional?
Items and BOMs are Vault Professional features, so it is the usual basis. With Vault Basic, we can integrate using file BOM data instead.
Which ERP systems do you support?
SAP, Dynamics 365, Business Central, Epicor, Infor, Odoo, NetSuite, IFS and others with an API, import or database interface.
Is the transfer automatic?
It can be fully automatic on release, or require an approval step before posting to ERP.
What happens if the ERP rejects data?
The error is logged and reported, and the transfer can be retried after correction.
Can ERP numbers be used as Vault item numbers?
Yes. Numbers can be requested from ERP or generated in Vault, depending on who owns numbering.
