AutoCAD Batch Processing Automation for Repetitive DWG Workflows

Update, clean, convert and publish thousands of drawings without opening them one by one. We build batch tools that run safely overnight and give you a clear report of every file processed.

When the same change must reach every drawing

A company rebrand, a new title block, a layer standard update, a client handover or a switch to PDF issue can mean touching every DWG in the archive. Doing it manually takes weeks and guarantees mistakes. Batch automation makes the change the same way in every file, every time.

ENGIMANDI uses the right engine for each job. AutoCAD Core Console (accoreconsole.exe) runs AutoCAD without a user interface and is ideal for fast, parallel processing with scripts, LISP or .NET. For tasks that need the full editor, we automate AutoCAD directly. Every tool backs up files first, logs each result and reports failures such as missing xrefs, locked files or proxy objects, so nothing is changed silently.

The tool stays with you for future batches.

FAQ

Batch processing questions

Is it safe to change thousands of drawings automatically?

Yes, when done properly. We always pilot on copies, keep backups and log every change, so any file can be checked or restored.

What is AutoCAD Core Console?

It is a command-line version of AutoCAD without the user interface. It starts quickly and is ideal for scripted batch jobs on many files.

Can you handle drawings with xrefs and different versions?

Yes. The tool reports missing references and handles mixed DWG versions, saving in the format you choose.

Do we need a separate AutoCAD licence?

Batch tools run on a PC with a licensed AutoCAD installation. For cloud processing, APS Design Automation is billed through Autodesk cloud credits.

Can we run the tool ourselves later?

Yes. We deliver a simple interface or command so your team can repeat the batch whenever needed.
