Fusion Siemens SINUMERIK Post Processor

Siemens SINUMERIK controls have powerful cycles and multi-axis functions. We build Fusion posts for 808D, 828D, 840D sl and SINUMERIK ONE that use them properly: CYCLE800, TRAORI, CYCLE832, Siemens drilling cycles, TRANSMIT and TRACYL.

Siemens-native code from Fusion

Siemens SINUMERIK programs look different from classic ISO G-code. Drilling and tapping use Siemens cycles such as CYCLE81, CYCLE83 and CYCLE84 with their own parameter lists. Tilted work planes use CYCLE800 with swivel data records, tool centre point uses TRAORI, high-speed settings use CYCLE832, and mill-turn functions use TRANSMIT and TRACYL. Tool calls, frames and program structure also follow Siemens conventions.

ENGIMANDI builds Fusion SINUMERIK posts that output native Siemens code for your control and machine configuration: correct cycle parameters for your software version, CYCLE800 with the right swivel data and retract modes, TRAORI with orientation settings for simultaneous work, CYCLE832 tolerances per operation, and ShopMill or ShopTurn-friendly structure where operators prefer it.

FAQ

SINUMERIK post questions

Can SINUMERIK run ISO G-code instead?

Many Siemens controls have an ISO dialect mode, but native Siemens code gives access to cycles and multi-axis functions. We recommend native output.

Why do cycle parameters differ between machines?

Siemens cycle parameter lists changed between software versions. We match your version exactly.

Do we need swivel data configured on the machine?

Yes, for CYCLE800. The machine builder usually sets it up; we align the post with it.

Can operators still edit programs in ShopMill?

Posted G-code programs run in Sinumerik Operate. We keep programs readable for operators.

Do you support the 808D?

Yes, with its reduced function set in mind.
